Waiting for some words to jump at me.
So to further my pathetic attempts to avoid starting JulNoWriMo in earnest, I come bearing a mini Star Trek: The Animated Series picspam!

This series is just as cracktastic as the live action original series, but with the vaguely fucked up cartoon illustrations of LSD induced hallucinations that they didn't have the technology to recreate but for as animation.

Before you click I warn you of bad quality caps. The series was made the 70s. The quality was bad then, it's worse now. Uploading them to photobucket probably didn't help :s (ilu photobucket, keeper of my icons hoards).

No, that's not a tribble (that's a different episode entirely). It's a walking plant! Obviously. And it follows Sulu around like a Chekov puppy.

infinite vulcan - 107

Then it bites/stings him with poisonous venom (also like a Chekov puppy?) leaving him to die in the middle of a field, except not really because he isn't wearing red. Also as a side note, George Takei's voice becomes exponentially sexier when attached to a shoddily drawn rendering of his physical form.

What was that I said earlier about vaguely fucked up illustrations of LSD induced hallucinations?

infinite vulcan - 107

Got surprise flying-dragon-tentacle sex? Bones and Sulu do.

infinite vulcan - 107

If this is some sort of weird Sleeping Beauty reference with Spock as the beauty, I approve! Now we just need to pick out a prince <3.

infinite vulcan - 107

Because Uhura is a total BAMF, even when she's badly drawn.

infinite vulcan - 107

If you think this looks like Spock mind melding with his gigantic clone then you would be right.

Sulu is WINKING! If the rest of this crack wasn't enough to make you want to run off and download this shit then winking!Sulu should definitely be the tipping point. Look at the GQMF! Plus the episodes are only half an hour long, for when a full episode of OS Trek is a half an hour too much.
